Jaclyn is a local Toronto personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and mental health advocate! Since getting sober on April 7, 2015, Jaclyn has dedicated her life to her mental & physical health. This sparked her love for wanted to help others fulfil their dreams and do the same!!
